Home Appliances Online is a business based in Wairau Valley, Auckland, NZ selling appliance spare parts. We are distributors for Bosch, Smeg,  Fisher & Paykel, Mitsubishi, Baumatic, Classique, Nouveau, Viking, Omega, Robinhood, Electrolux, and more.

Operating Hours

We are open from Monday to Friday, 8:30am – 4:30pm, and Saturday 8:30am – 1pm.

Ordering

To find the part you are looking for, either search the part number on our website, or if you don’t know the part number, search the model number of your appliance and any parts we have listed for that appliance should show up.

If you cannot find the part you are looking for, please don’t hesitate to contact us at info@homeappliancesonline.co.nz or by using the ‘Contact Us’ tab in the menu bar of our website. There is a good chance that we can source whatever it is you need, even if it’s not currently listed on our website.

Please note: You do not need to make an account to order. You can simply add the parts you want to your cart and checkout. Making an account will give a small discount sitewide and make it easier for you to keep track of your order.

You will not receive any promotional emails if you make an account. The only emails you’ll receive are updates on your order.

Delivery & Pick Up

When ordering your part, you can choose to have it delivered or to pick it up from our warehouse in Wairau Valley, Auckland.

Deliveries to non-rural areas in New Zealand should only take 1 – 5 business days to arrive, and up to five days for rural orders.

If you order for pick up, you will receive an email and/or phone call when your order is ready to be collected and you can come in at any time in our operating hours to pick it up.

Inventory

We have thousands of spare appliance parts in stock at our Auckland based warehouse, however due to the large number of unique parts and appliances that we offer and cover, not everything may always be in stock. Parts that are on back-order can arrive within a few days for some brands, to over a week for items that we order from overseas (Australia, Europe, Asia). Please give us a call if you want to check if your part is in stock or for an ETA on how long your back-order part will take to arrive.
