When the handle flap , or handle lever, on the above models are replaced due to breakage, the door latch assembly , should be lubricated in the positions indicated in the photo below. Breakages of the door handle or flap have been found to be usually caused by a stiff door latch assembly. If after lubricating the door latch, the door is still difficult to open then the door latch assembly should be replaced
