Delivery and Pick Up Information

Pick Up:

All orders are available for pick up. Pick up orders can be collected warehouse at Unit 6, 21 Poland Road, Wairau Valley, Auckland at no extra charge.

You will receive a second email when your order is ready for pick up, this is usually within 24 hours for in stock items, or as soon as your item arrives for backorder items (often 3 - 7 days).

Nationwide New Zealand Shipping:

Shipping is available nationwide and internationally. We ship with NZ Post and New Zealand Couriers and our average delivery time for orders in stock is 1 - 5 days, and 2 - 10 days for orders that are available with supplier.

Special Order products, such as those on backorder, have varying ETAs. Please contact us if you want to check before ordering. Some parts (that come from Europe, America, or other overseas locations) can take a little while.

International Orders:

We offer shipping to international locations but not all countries and products are supported. Generally, if you are an international customer and you can select your country and address at checkout, it means we can ship that product to you. Door seal install

After fitting the new seal on the door you will need a hair dryer( NO HEAT GUN) to warm up the seal to reshape itself, once while the door is open mood, heat up the seal from the inner side, and 2nd, when the door is closed, warm it up start from one corner and follow, in some area, may you need to help seal to magnetised, simply by a wooden stick or something similar just push the seal gently towards the cabinet while hair dryer is on and pointing that location. do not open the door at least for two hours after the operation is complete.
