Shipping

What countries do you ship to?

While we ship most of our orders to New Zealand, we offer shipping for most products to international recipients as well. Add the product you're looking for to cart, and if you can check out, it means we ship it to you. If you have any questions regarding new orders, get in touch with us above.

How long will it take to receive my order?

Depending on inventory levels and when you order, your product can be even be shipped on the day you order. Most products are sent out within 1 - 3 days and arrive within 2 - 5 days. For products on backorder or to rural/ international locations, this may take longer.

Returns and Refunds

How do I return a product?

Items can be returned if they are faulty or damaged for a full refund or replacement within 14 days of receiving your order.

If you have purchased the wrong product by accident, we still offer refunds most of the time if you initiate the refund within 14 days of your order, but we may charge a restocking fee of 10% - 20% depending on the item. We may not accept returns on electrical components due to higher likelihoods of damage if installed incorrectly. Please get in touch with us for more details.

How long will it take to receive my refund?

Refunds are processed within a few days of us receiving your item back at our warehouse, or straight away if you are cancelling your order before it is shipped. Once the refund has been issued on our end, it should arrive back to your original bank or payment account within 1 - 5 working days. If it takes longer and has not shown up please contact us ASAP.
