Expected Lead Times for Products

Delivery & Lead Times

We work hard to dispatch all orders as promptly as possible. Estimated lead times vary depending on the brand and the location from which the product is sourced. Please refer to the information below before placing your order.

Locally stocked brands

Fisher & Paykel, Samsung, Bosch, Mitsubishi, Panasonic, Miele, Robinhood, Omega, Fujitsu, Daikin & more

2-7 business days

These brands are held in stock locally within New Zealand. In-stock items are typically available for dispatch within 2-7 business days of your order being placed.

Australian-sourced brands

Electrolux, Simpson, Westinghouse & more

3 - 12 business days

Certain brands are sourced directly from Australia. Please allow several additional business days on top of the standard lead time to account for international freight into New Zealand.

International & European brands

Smeg, Asko & other international brands

2-4 weeks

Products sourced from Europe or other international markets require additional transit time. Please allow 2-4 weeks as a general guide, though this may vary depending on the specific product and current stock availability at the point of origin.

Backordered items

May affect any brand or product at any time

2-12+ weeks

From time to time, products may be subject to backorder, meaning the manufacturer or supplier does not currently have the item in stock. In these situations, lead times are determined entirely by the manufacturer and are beyond our control.

Please also be aware that backorders are not always foreseeable. There are occasions where we may not become aware that a product is on backorder until we are already awaiting stock ourselves. We will always do our best to communicate this to you as promptly as possible, however we are not always in a position to provide advance notice.

Where a product is on backorder, fulfilment may take anywhere from 2 to 12 weeks or more. We sincerely appreciate your patience and understanding in these circumstances.


Requesting a specific ETA

If you require an estimated delivery timeframe prior to placing your order, please do not hesitate to contact us. We will provide the most accurate estimate available based on current information from our supplier. Please note that ETAs are indicative only and are not guaranteed. Actual delivery may occur sooner or later than the estimate provided, depending on circumstances outside our control.

Cancellations

If your order is taking longer than anticipated and you would prefer not to continue waiting, you are welcome to cancel at any time. Simply contact us and we will arrange this for you. Please note that special-order parts are non-cancellable once an order has been placed, as these items are sourced specifically on your behalf.
