Hello and Merry Christmas Everybody,
After a long year of working our team is taking a break over this years Christmas and New Years holidays. Our warehouse team will be away from Christmas day (orders will be dispatched until Christmas Eve afternoon) until the 16th of January.
We will still be answering all emails over this period (in case you need help finding your part, need to change / cancel your order for a refund, or if you would like an order update) but no orders will be shipped out until we return. No pickups or phone calls will be available during this period either.
Most suppliers are also taking a break over the Christmas period, but we will continue ordering in your parts for you so that they are ready to be shipped or picked up ASAP after our return. Orders will be processed when we return in the order they were received.
If you have any questions, or would like to cancel or change an order, please reach out to us by email at info@homeappliancesonline.co.nz. We will checking and answering all emails received over the Christmas period (except for public holidays).

Frequently Asked Questions:
Returns: If you have received an order and want to return it or exchange a part, please note this can not be fully processed until we return. You can send your part back while we are away, but we will not be able to process any returns or exchanges until we are back and receive your package.
Communication: All emails will be answered throughout the break (except for public holidays), but phone calls will not be picked up. These may take a little longer to answer, but we expect to respond to all emails within 1 - 2 days of receiving it. If you want to cancel your order or get a refund (and your order has not been shipped yet), please just email us with your order number and request cancellation, we will process this for you right away.
If you are looking for the right part for your appliance, please send an email with your model number and the part you are after. We will still do our best to help, but please note that for supplier ETAs or part diagrams there may be some delay as many appliance parts suppliers and manufacturers are closed for a break as well. For any other enquiries please email us with as much information as you can and we will get back to you as soon as possible.
Pick Ups and Order Fulfillment: Orders will not be able to be picked up (or purchased for pick up) during our break, nor will any orders be shipped out until we return on January 16th. Once we return, we will be working extended hours and expect to ship out all backorders from the break within the first week of our return. We apologise for this delay, but most of our team is taking a break and we will do everything we can to catch up once we return. If you are not able to wait, please just let us know by email and we can cancel and refund your order.
