Pick Up:
All orders are available for pick up. Pick up orders can be collected warehouse at Unit 6, 21 Poland Road, Wairau Valley, Auckland at no extra charge.
You will receive a second email when your order is ready for pick up, this is usually within 24 hours for in stock items, or as soon as your item arrives for backorder items (often 3 - 7 days).
Nationwide New Zealand Shipping:
Shipping is available nationwide and internationally. We ship with NZ Post and New Zealand Couriers and our average delivery time for orders in stock is 1 - 5 days, and 2 - 10 days for orders that are available with supplier.
Special Order products, such as those on backorder, have varying ETAs. Please contact us if you want to check before ordering. Some parts (that come from Europe, America, or other overseas locations) can take a little while.
International Orders:
We offer shipping to international locations but not all countries and products are supported. We have had a situation where a number of the above models were manufactured with two different hinges. This has been corrected in production from November 2011 but there will still be stock in the field which may exhibit this issue of the door failing to close fully.
If you are called to a unit where this is the case you will need to change the hinges and the hinge supports. A simple check to see if the hinges and supports require replacement is to open the oven door to approximately 30° from the horizontal and release it. If the door falls open then the hinges and supports should be changed.
