Pick Up:

All orders are available for pick up. Pick up orders can be collected warehouse at Unit 6, 21 Poland Road, Wairau Valley, Auckland at no extra charge.

You will receive a second email when your order is ready for pick up, this is usually within 24 hours for in stock items, or as soon as your item arrives for backorder items (often 3 - 7 days).

Nationwide New Zealand Shipping:

Shipping is available nationwide and internationally. We ship with NZ Post and New Zealand Couriers and our average delivery time for orders in stock is 1 - 5 days, and 2 - 10 days for orders that are available with supplier.

Special Order products, such as those on backorder, have varying ETAs. Please contact us if you want to check before ordering. Some parts (that come from Europe, America, or other overseas locations) can take a little while.

International Orders:

We offer shipping to international locations but not all countries and products are supported. Generally, if you are an international customer and you can select your country and address at checkout, it means we can ship that product to you. Please get in touch with us if you want further information.

Returns:

If your order has not been picked up or shipped yet, you can cancel your order for a FULL REFUND.

If you have already received a part and it is incorrect or you no longer need it, you must let us know within 14 days of receiving your part.

NOTE FOR ALL RETURNS: You must notify us before sending a part back and get approval for returns. Parts that are sent back without notifying us in advance may not be approved for refund or return and you will be responsible for return shipping to get this part back to you.

We do not accept returns on electrical products, but on all other parts can offer exchange / refund. The parts must not be used, damaged, or opened (on parts in packaging) and may be subject to restocking fees of up to 20% (depending on the part).

If you have received a faulty or damaged product, we will always offer a replacement or refund depending on availability at not cost to you.

As you use your oven, your hinges wear out and often have to be replaced. This is the original hinge for these ovens and will be a perfect match to replace your old worn out hinges. 

 

Common Reasons to Replace Your Oven Hinge:

  • Worn-out or broken springs - over time the springs in your oven hinge can lose tension or snap, causing the door to not close or open properly.
  • Rust / Corrosion - exposure to moisture and heat can cause these hinges to rust, making your oven door hinges stiff or noisy
  • Loose / misaligned - a loose hinge cawn cause the oven door to misalign, resulting in poor sealing, heat loss, longer cook times, and higher energy bills.
  • Cracked / bent hinges - physical damage to the hinge will require them to be replaced. This an happen due to frequent use or slamming the door closed

The OB60 comes in several different versions with varying hinge types. To ensure compatibility with your oven, you’ll need to match your model number with the list provided. We can help verify if it’s compatible; simply send us a photo of your product code and model number.

For most wall ovens, the model number sticker is typically located on the side of the door seal, on the side of the door, or behind the oven. For freestanding ovens, you can find it near the door seal, behind the warmer (storage drawer) door, or behind the oven itself.

We recommend replacing both hinges at the same time. If you purchase only one hinge, it will not be covered under warranty. The tension and forces on the door are significant, and the hinges need to be able to bear the load equally to ensure proper function and longevity.
