Pick Up:

All orders are available for pick up. Pick up orders can be collected warehouse at Unit 6, 21 Poland Road, Wairau Valley, Auckland at no extra charge.

You will receive a second email when your order is ready for pick up, this is usually within 24 hours for in stock items, or as soon as your item arrives for backorder items (often 3 - 7 days).

Nationwide New Zealand Shipping:

Shipping is available nationwide and internationally. We ship with NZ Post and New Zealand Couriers and our average delivery time for orders in stock is 1 - 5 days, and 2 - 10 days for orders that are available with supplier.

Special Order products, such as those on backorder, have varying ETAs. Please contact us if you want to check before ordering. Some parts (that come from Europe, America, or other overseas locations) can take a little while.

How to Replace the Lower Door Seal on Fisher & Paykel and Haier Dishwashers

Replacing the lower door seal is a straightforward process. Follow these steps for a successful replacement:

Tools Needed:

  • Screwdriver (usually Phillips)
  • Replacement door seal

Steps:

  1. Unplug the Dishwasher:

    • Ensure the dishwasher is unplugged from the power source for safety.

  2. Remove the Front Cover:

    • Unscrew the eight screws that hold the front cover of the dishwasher door from the inner door section. Carefully detach the front panel.

  3. Remove the Top Control Panel:

    • If applicable, remove the screws or clips securing the top control panel and carefully lift it away.

  4. Remove the Hinge Screws:

    • Unscrew the screws that secure the hinge to the inner door. This may require holding the door at an angle.

  5. Move the Inner Door:

    • Carefully move the inner door to a flat, stable surface (like a workbench) for easier access.

  6. Remove the Old Seal:

    • Partially open the clip that holds the seal in place and gently pull out the old seal.

  7. Install the New Seal:

    • Position the new door seal in the designated groove. Ensure it is seated properly.

  8. Secure the Seal:

    • Press the clips back into place to secure the new seal.

  9. Reassemble the Dishwasher:

    • Return the inner door to its original position and reattach the hinge screws.
    • Reinstall the top control panel and front cover, securing with screws.

  10. Test the Dishwasher:

  • Plug the dishwasher back in and run a short cycle to check for any leaks.
