Delivery and Pick Up Information

Pick Up:

All orders are available for pick up. Pick up orders can be collected warehouse at Unit 6, 21 Poland Road, Wairau Valley, Auckland at no extra charge.

You will receive a second email when your order is ready for pick up, this is usually within 24 hours for in stock items, or as soon as your item arrives for backorder items (often 3 - 7 days).

Nationwide New Zealand Shipping:

Shipping is available nationwide and internationally. We ship with NZ Post and New Zealand Couriers and our average delivery time for orders in stock is 1 - 5 days, and 2 - 10 days for orders that are available with supplier.

Special Order products, such as those on backorder, have varying ETAs. Please contact us if you want to check before ordering. Some parts (that come from Europe, America, or other overseas locations) can take a little while.

International Orders:

We offer shipping to international locations but not all countries and products are supported. Generally, if you are an international customer and you can select your country and address at checkout, it means we can ship that product to you. Please get in touch with us if you want further information.

WHAT YOU GET IS:
Four stove dial/knob markings with numbers ranging from 0 through 6 with the zero positioned at 12 O'CLOCK (AT THE TOP) and the numbers 1-6 positioned in an anticlockwise direction.
Please note these stickers are not calibrated or designed for any specific oven or stove. The buyer should check to ensure the sticker markings match those being replaced. Mismatched markings can be a safety hazard.
Please check the picture and your stove to ensure that these numbers match the rotational order of your stove.
These stickers are not suitable if your existing numbers start with the zero at 9 O'CLOCK - The numbers will be set sideways and look odd . These are designed to apply to the stove surface - they are not suitable for sticking onto knob bezels - for worn bezel markings buy new bezels
Each transparent self adhesive sticker is sized with a 42MM inner diameter. *
Please ensure the inside diameter of 42MM is suitable - measure the diameter of your dials before ordering.
The outer diameter to the STICKER'S outer edge is 52MM (the circular strip of adhesive sticker is 5MM wide).


They are very easy to apply but before applying please ensure the oven surface is very clean and thoroughly dry before attempting to position the sticker. It will also help if all signs of the old markings are removed - be gentle when doing this so as to avoid scratching the stove surface
To apply simply peel the sticker from its paper backing (you might need to bend the backing slightly to allow the sticker to be peeled away) and apply to the STOVE'S surface.
Once in position, rub the sticker to remove any air bubbles. The colour of the sticker design is either black which shows well on silver and light coloured backgrounds or white which shows well on dark surfaces such as black or green. Please select your colour preference accordingly.
Black print will not work with a black stove nor will white print on a white stove.
