Delivery and Pick Up Information

Pick Up:

All orders are available for pick up. Pick up orders can be collected warehouse at Unit 6, 21 Poland Road, Wairau Valley, Auckland at no extra charge.

You will receive a second email when your order is ready for pick up, this is usually within 24 hours for in stock items, or as soon as your item arrives for backorder items (often 3 - 7 days).

Nationwide New Zealand Shipping:

Shipping is available nationwide and internationally. We ship with NZ Post and New Zealand Couriers and our average delivery time for orders in stock is 1 - 5 days, and 2 - 10 days for orders that are available with supplier.

Special Order products, such as those on backorder, have varying ETAs. Please contact us if you want to check before ordering. Some parts (that come from Europe, America, or other overseas locations) can take a little while.

International Orders:

We offer shipping to international locations but not all countries and products are supported. Microswitch [FOR UNITS MADE FROM 11-06-2003 TO 02-03-2004] ,

The wirings are now changed(see different codes in the table and the electrical schema at the end);
the igniter (N) has been moved form its old position to the left side of the tangential fan assy (O);
introduction of a new ignition microswitch assy code 694490447 (P) replacing the old code 694490423 fitted on all the 5 flames stainless steel models involved in the modification, with the exception of the model SX91VG where the code 694490449 ( P1 ) replaces the 694490373, while for the 6 flames models the code 6944900448 ( P2 ) replaces the code 694490372

The White-Westinghouse modelsW91SBVG , W91SXVGand the Smeg white aestetich ones, using an ignitionbutton(and not aknoblike the stainless steel models) are not involved in the modification.
