Delivery / Pick Up and Returns

Pick Up:

All orders are available for pick up. Pick up orders can be collected warehouse at Unit 6, 21 Poland Road, Wairau Valley, Auckland at no extra charge.

You will receive a second email when your order is ready for pick up, this is usually within 24 hours for in stock items, or as soon as your item arrives for backorder items (often 3 - 7 days).

Nationwide New Zealand Shipping:

Shipping is available nationwide and internationally. We ship with NZ Post and New Zealand Couriers and our average delivery time for orders in stock is 1 - 5 days, and 2 - 10 days for orders that are available with supplier.

Special Order products, such as those on backorder, have varying ETAs. Please contact us if you want to check before ordering. Some parts (that come from Europe, America, or other overseas locations) can take a little while.

International Orders:

We offer shipping to international locations but not all countries and products are supported. Generally, if you are an international customer and you can select your country and address at checkout, it means we can ship that product to you. Please get in touch with us if you want further information.

Returns:

If your order has not been picked up or shipped yet, you can cancel your order for a FULL REFUND.

If you have already received a part and it is incorrect or you no longer need it, you must let us know within 14 days of receiving your part.

NOTE FOR ALL RETURNS: You must notify us before sending a part back and get approval for returns. Parts that are sent back without notifying us in advance may not be approved for refund or return and you will be responsible for return shipping to get this part back to you.

We do not accept returns on electrical products, but on all other parts can offer exchange / refund. The parts must not be used, damaged, or opened (on parts in packaging) and may be subject to restocking fees of up to 20% (depending on the part).

If you have received a faulty or damaged product, we will always offer a replacement or refund depending on availability at not cost to you.

10716 Clock Timer – Installation Advice

Important Safety Note:
Before starting, disconnect the appliance from the power supply at the wall or switchboard. Electrical work should only be carried out by a qualified person if you are unsure.

Installation Overview:

This single relay electronic clock timer used in many built-in ovens and cookers. The layout or position of terminals on the new unit may differ slightly from your original timer, but as long as the two relay wires and the power (L & N) are correctly identified and connected, the unit will function correctly.

Steps:

  1. Take Photos of Original Wiring:

    • Before removing the old timer, take clear photos of how the wires are connected to the existing unit. This helps ensure correct reinstallation.

  2. Label the Wires (if needed):

    • Use masking tape or labels to mark key wires such as:

      • L (Live)

      • N (Neutral)

      • Relay In/Out (Common and Switched Load)

  3. Remove the Old Timer:

    • Unscrew the front panel if necessary.

    • Gently pull out the timer and disconnect the wires.

  4. Install the New Timer:

    • Position the new timer in place (check that mounting holes and frame line up).

    • Connect wires based on your photo and markings:

      • L to Live

      • N to Neutral

      • Relay terminals to oven circuit (double check polarity if marked)

  5. Secure the Timer:

    • Once wired, screw the timer securely into place and reattach the control panel.

  6. Test the Function:

    • Restore power and test the display, buttons, and relay click.

    • Set a short timer cycle and confirm the oven responds (heats or clicks relay on/off as expected).

Additional Tips:

  • If your timer has spade connectors and your original has a plug, you may need to transfer wires one by one.

  • Be mindful of earth (ground) wires – these usually do not connect to the timer but may run near it.

  • If unsure, send us a photo of your current timer wiring setup for guidance.
