Delivery / Pick Up and Returns

Pick Up:

All orders are available for pick up. Pick up orders can be collected warehouse at Unit 5, 3 William Pickering Drive, Albany, Auckland at no extra charge.

You will receive a second email when your order is ready for pick up, this is usually within 24 hours for in stock items, or as soon as your item arrives for backorder items (often 3 - 7 days).

Nationwide New Zealand Shipping:

Shipping is available nationwide and internationally. We ship with NZ Post and New Zealand Couriers and our average delivery time for orders in stock is 1 - 5 days, and 2 - 10 days for orders that are available with supplier.

Special Order products, such as those on backorder, have varying ETAs. Please contact us if you want to check before ordering. Some parts (that come from Europe, America, or other overseas locations) can take a little while.

International Orders:

We offer shipping to international locations but not all countries and products are supported. Generally, if you are an international customer and you can select your country and address at checkout, it means we can ship that product to you. Please get in touch with us if you want further information.

Returns:

If your order has not been picked up or shipped yet, you can cancel your order for a full refund.

If you have already received a part and it is incorrect or you no longer need it, you must let us know within 14 days of receiving your part.

NOTE FOR ALL RETURNS: You must notify us before sending a part back and get approval for returns. Parts that are sent back without notifying us in advance may not be approved for refund or return and you will be responsible for return shipping to get this part back to you.

We do not accept returns on electrical products, but may offer exchange / refund on other parts. The parts must not be used, damaged, or opened (on parts in packaging) and will be subject to restocking fees of 20% (depending on the part). This fee applies to all returns.

If you have received a faulty or damaged product, we will always offer a replacement (or refund depending on availability) at no cost to you.

Backorder Items:

As there are 100,000+ different SKUs we are able to source, we are unfortunately not able to stock all the parts that customers may need. Many parts will have to be ordered in from their respective suppliers and have varying lead times depending on the brand and part. For most parts, this is about 2 - 7 working days, however for some international brands or parts which are on backorder, there can be an extended lead time of 2 - 12+ weeks. If you are not happy to wait for your order, please get in touch with us and we can give you an ETA or cancel/refund your order for you right away.

Important Installation Information

We recommend replacing both door hinges at the same time. Due to the weight of the oven door, both hinges should have equal spring tension. There is no warranty if only one hinge is replaced. Please note that the left and right hinges are identical.

Door Hinge Replacement Procedure (Adhesive Bonded Hinges)

Separate replacement hinges are available for various models. Please refer to the relevant technical publication or parts list to confirm the correct hinge for your model.

Tools and Materials Required:

Replacement door hinge(s)

High-temperature RTV747 silicone sealant

Safety glasses

White spirits

Clean cloth

15 mm chisel

Heat gun

Installation Instructions:

Remove the inner door panel and place the door on a soft surface, such as carpet or a towel.

If the hinge is already loose, remove the mounting screws and lift the hinge away. If it is still bonded to the door, remove the screws and carefully heat the hinge with a heat gun until the adhesive softens, then remove the hinge.

Remove all old adhesive using a sharp 15 mm chisel while the adhesive is warm. Clean both bonding surfaces thoroughly with white spirits.

Dry the surfaces completely using a clean, dry cloth. Ensure all traces of white spirits have evaporated before applying the new adhesive.

Apply a continuous bead of RTV747 silicone sealant to the door panel and immediately position the new hinge. The sealant forms a skin very quickly, so install the hinge without delay. Secure it with the mounting screws.

Apply pressure or weight to the hinge and allow the adhesive to cure overnight, preferably for 24 hours. Alternatively, reassemble the door, refit it to the oven, and do not use the oven until the following day to allow the adhesive to cure properly.
