Pick Up:

All orders are available for pick up. Pick up orders can be collected warehouse at Unit 6, 21 Poland Road, Wairau Valley, Auckland at no extra charge.

You will receive a second email when your order is ready for pick up, this is usually within 24 hours for in stock items, or as soon as your item arrives for backorder items (often 3 - 7 days).

Nationwide New Zealand Shipping:

Shipping is available nationwide and internationally. We ship with NZ Post and New Zealand Couriers and our average delivery time for orders in stock is 1 - 5 days, and 2 - 10 days for orders that are available with supplier.

Special Order products, such as those on backorder, have varying ETAs. Please contact us if you want to check before ordering. Some parts (that come from Europe, America, or other overseas locations) can take a little while.

International Orders:

We offer shipping to international locations but not all countries and products are supported. Generally, if you are an international customer and you can select your country and address at checkout, it means we can ship that product to you. Returns:

If your order has not been picked up or shipped yet, you can cancel your order for a FULL REFUND.

If you have already received a part and it is incorrect or you no longer need it, you must let us know within 14 days of receiving your part.

NOTE FOR ALL RETURNS: You must notify us before sending a part back and get approval for returns. Parts that are sent back without notifying us in advance may not be approved for refund or return and you will be responsible for return shipping to get this part back to you.

We recommend you to change both hinge in same time , there is no warranty available if you buy only one hinge , as door is heavy and tension of spring must be same , LEFT and RIGHT hinge are the same .

Industrial Grade Silicon Sealant Hi Temp For Seal

REPLACING ADHESIVE BONDED DOOR HINGES.

 

PROCEDURE FOR REPLACING ADHESIVE BONDED DOOR HINGES:
white spirits, a clean rag, a 15MM chisel or big flat head screw driver toscratch old silicon from door frame

1/ Remove door inner panel and place on a soft surface, such as carpet or towelling.

2/ If a hinge is already loose, undo screws & remove. If hinge is still stuck to door,

undo screws, carefully lift it by screw driver.

3/ scrape off all glue, May clean surfaces with

white spirits.

4/ Thoroughly dry off all traces of white spirit, using a dry, clean cloth.

5/ Extrude a bead of Silicon onto the door pan and immediately press hinge into

place. Fasten screws. need 2 Hour to dry.

6/ Place weight on hinge & leave overnight, preferably 24 hours, for silicon to set.

Alternatively, reassemble fit door to oven & ask customer to leave overnight before

use.
