Pick Up:
All orders are available for pick up. Pick up orders can be collected warehouse at Unit 6, 21 Poland Road, Wairau Valley, Auckland at no extra charge.
You will receive a second email when your order is ready for pick up, this is usually within 24 hours for in stock items, or as soon as your item arrives for backorder items (often 3 - 7 days).
Nationwide New Zealand Shipping:
Shipping is available nationwide and internationally. We ship with NZ Post and New Zealand Couriers and our average delivery time for orders in stock is 1 - 5 days, and 2 - 10 days for orders that are available with supplier.
Special Order products, such as those on backorder, have varying ETAs. Please contact us if you want to check before ordering. Some parts (that come from Europe, America, or other overseas locations) can take a little while.
International Orders:
We offer shipping to international locations but not all countries and products are supported. Generally, if you are an international customer and you can select your country and address at checkout, it means we can ship that product to you. Please get in touch with us if you want further information.

Delonghi Oven Door Hinge
We recommend you change both hinges at the same time, there is no warranty available if you buy only one hinge, as the door is heavy and the tension of the spring must be the same, LEFT and RIGHT hinges are the same.
We highlyrecommend that you remove the faulty part and conduct a thorough comparison with the model number, photo, and dimensions provided above. If your model number is not listed, the part you have differs from the photo provided, or you are uncertain, kindly send your inquiry via email toinfo@homeappliancesonline.co.nz. We will respond promptly and provide you with the appropriate part.
Please note that selecting the wrong part is possible, but it may incur a 20% restocking fee imposed by the supplier, which will be passed on to you
