Pick Up:
All orders are available for pick up. Pick up orders can be collected warehouse at Unit 6, 21 Poland Road, Wairau Valley, Auckland at no extra charge.
You will receive a second email when your order is ready for pick up, this is usually within 24 hours for in stock items, or as soon as your item arrives for backorder items (often 3 - 7 days).
Nationwide New Zealand Shipping:
Shipping is available nationwide and internationally. We ship with NZ Post and New Zealand Couriers and our average delivery time for orders in stock is 1 - 5 days, and 2 - 10 days for orders that are available with supplier.
Special Order products, such as those on backorder, have varying ETAs. Please contact us if you want to check before ordering. Some parts (that come from Europe, America, or other overseas locations) can take a little while.
International Orders:
We offer shipping to international locations but not all countries and products are supported. Generally, if you are an international customer and you can select your country and address at checkout, it means we can ship that product to you. If you are seeing a broken white strap behind your dishdrawer, this is the part you need! That strap is NOT a hose, it is a guide for the hoses and wire harness. The old white nylon strap system is obsolete and has been replaced by this Link Support kit for dishdrawers. Fits DD603/605 Series models. Retro-fit kit replaces older nylon style on 603 Models. Direct-fit for 605 models. Includes detailed instructions. One kit per drawer. Common cause of F1 code, check to make sure yours is not broken! if you have a double-drawer, you should order TWO of these, as it will only be a matter of time before the other one breaks.
