Delivery / Pick Up and Returns

Pick Up:

All orders are available for pick up. Pick up orders can be collected warehouse at Unit 6, 21 Poland Road, Wairau Valley, Auckland at no extra charge.

You will receive a second email when your order is ready for pick up, this is usually within 24 hours for in stock items, or as soon as your item arrives for backorder items (often 3 - 7 days).

Nationwide New Zealand Shipping:

Shipping is available nationwide and internationally. We ship with NZ Post and New Zealand Couriers and our average delivery time for orders in stock is 1 - 5 days, and 2 - 10 days for orders that are available with supplier.

Special Order products, such as those on backorder, have varying ETAs. Please contact us if you want to check before ordering. Some parts (that come from Europe, America, or other overseas locations) can take a little while.

International Orders:

We offer shipping to international locations but not all countries and products are supported. Generally, if you are an international customer and you can select your country and address at checkout, it means we can ship that product to you. Please get in touch with us if you want further information.

If you want to be 100% certain about an ETA for a product, just send us a quick email or call and we'll get back to you ASAP with our best estimate. Thanks!

Returns:

If your order has not been picked up or shipped yet, you can cancel your order for a FULL REFUND.

If you have already received a part and it is incorrect or you no longer need it, you must let us know within 14 days of receiving your part.

NOTE FOR ALL RETURNS: You must notify us before sending a part back and get approval for returns. Parts that are sent back without notifying us in advance may not be approved for refund or return and you will be responsible for return shipping to get this part back to you.

We do not accept returns on electrical products, but on all other parts can offer exchange / refund. The parts must not be used, damaged, or opened (on parts in packaging) and may be subject to restocking fees of up to 20% (depending on the part).

If you have received a faulty or damaged product, we will always offer a replacement or refund depending on availability at not cost to you.

Built to original manufacturer specifications, it provides a stable and reliable installation solution for a wide range of Fisher & Paykel and compatible dryer models.

What’s Included

1 x Galvanised wall bracket

2 x PVC spacer legs

Note: Mounting hardware such as dynabolts, loxins, or screws is not included, as the required hardware depends on the wall type. If mounting to a plaster wall, ensure the bracket is securely affixed to the upright wall studs, either directly or via a horizontal timber batten screwed to the studs.

Instructions are not supplied with the kit, but assistance can be provided by email or phone after purchase.

Additional Notes

Also suitable for some Hoover, GE (NZ-made), Westinghouse and Kleenmaid dryers. For Kleenmaid models, the bracket may need to be cut in half to fit.
