Pick Up:

All orders are available for pick up. Pick up orders can be collected warehouse at Unit 6, 21 Poland Road, Wairau Valley, Auckland at no extra charge.

You will receive a second email when your order is ready for pick up, this is usually within 24 hours for in stock items, or as soon as your item arrives for backorder items (often 3 - 7 days).

Nationwide New Zealand Shipping:

Shipping is available nationwide and internationally. We ship with NZ Post and New Zealand Couriers and our average delivery time for orders in stock is 1 - 5 days, and 2 - 10 days for orders that are available with supplier.

Special Order products, such as those on backorder, have varying ETAs. Please contact us if you want to check before ordering. Some parts (that come from Europe, America, or other overseas locations) can take a little while.

International Orders:

We offer shipping to international locations but not all countries and products are supported. Generally, if you are an international customer and you can select your country and address at checkout, it means we can ship that product to you. This filter is compatible with Fisher & Paykel refrigerators with model numbers starting with RF610, RF522, E522, E442, E422, and E402. To ensure you select the correct filter, check your product code:

If your product code starts with25XXX, this is the filter you need.

If your product code starts with24XXX, you will need a different filter, which you can findhere.

A reminder icon will flash on your FRIDGE'S control panel when IT'S time to replace the filter. For optimal water flow, we recommend changing the filter every six months or sooner.

IMPORTANT: All connections must be checked for leaks.

Ensure that the 6MM tubing is routed away from sharp objects and corners to prevent kinking, which can block water flow. Make sure the tubing is clear of the refrigerator’s rear compartment and other potential hazards.

All push-fit connections must be securely pushed into place, with the tubing inserting 16MM to reach the stop. If the tubing is removed at any point, re-cut the end before reinserting to prevent leaks.

When removing the tubing, first turn off the isolating faucet. Dispense water by pushing the pad a few times to release static pressure. Then, push the collet firmly while pulling back on the tubing, as shown inDiagram 11.
