Delivery / Pick Up and Returns

Pick Up:

All orders are available for pick up. Pick up orders can be collected warehouse at Unit 5, 3 William Pickering Drive, Albany, Auckland at no extra charge.

You will receive a second email when your order is ready for pick up, this is usually within 24 hours for in stock items, or as soon as your item arrives for backorder items (often 3 - 7 days).

Nationwide New Zealand Shipping:

Shipping is available nationwide and internationally. We ship with NZ Post and New Zealand Couriers and our average delivery time for orders in stock is 1 - 5 days, and 2 - 10 days for orders that are available with supplier.

Special Order products, such as those on backorder, have varying ETAs. Please contact us if you want to check before ordering. Some parts (that come from Europe, America, or other overseas locations) can take a little while.

International Orders:

We offer shipping to international locations but not all countries and products are supported. Generally, if you are an international customer and you can select your country and address at checkout, it means we can ship that product to you. Please get in touch with us if you want further information.

Returns:

If your order has not been picked up or shipped yet, you can cancel your order for a full refund.

If you have already received a part and it is incorrect or you no longer need it, you must let us know within 14 days of receiving your part.

NOTE FOR ALL RETURNS: You must notify us before sending a part back and get approval for returns. Parts that are sent back without notifying us in advance may not be approved for refund or return and you will be responsible for return shipping to get this part back to you.

We do not accept returns on electrical products, but may offer exchange / refund on other parts. The parts must not be used, damaged, or opened (on parts in packaging) and will be subject to restocking fees of 20% (depending on the part). This fee applies to all returns.

If you have received a faulty or damaged product, we will always offer a replacement (or refund depending on availability) at no cost to you.

Backorder Items:

As there are 100,000+ different SKUs we are able to source, we are unfortunately not able to stock all the parts that customers may need. Many parts will have to be ordered in from their respective suppliers and have varying lead times depending on the brand and part. For most parts, this is about 2 - 7 working days, however for some international brands or parts which are on backorder, there can be an extended lead time of 2 - 12+ weeks. If you are not happy to wait for your order, please get in touch with us and we can give you an ETA or cancel/refund your order for you right away.

Important Product Update – Upgraded LG Dryer Drum Roller Design

LG has updated the design of this dryer drum support roller to improve reliability and extend service life.

Older versions of this roller used a brass bush bearing design (part numbers 4581EL2002L, 4581EL2002M, and 4581EL2002N). These rollers relied on lubrication between the brass bush and shaft. Over time, the lubricant could dry out due to the high temperatures generated during normal dryer operation. When this occurred, excessive wear could develop between the shaft and bush, often causing squeaking, grinding noises, poor drum rotation, or complete roller failure.

To address this issue, LG has introduced a redesigned roller assembly featuring a sealed ball bearing system. The upgraded version includes both the roller and a new shaft as a complete assembly, providing smoother operation, reduced friction, improved durability, and a longer service life compared to the original brass bush design.

The updated part AGM75510755 supersedes and replaces the following older part numbers:

• 4581EL2002L
• 4581EL2002M
• 4581EL2002N
• AGM30104701

When replacing an older brass-bush style roller, it is recommended to install the complete upgraded assembly, including the supplied shaft, to ensure optimal performance and longevity.

Common symptoms of a worn dryer drum roller include:

• Squeaking or squealing noises during operation
• Grinding or rumbling sounds from the drum
• Drum not rotating smoothly
• Excessive vibration
• Marks or wear on the drum support area

This is a genuine upgraded LG replacement part designed to restore smooth and quiet dryer operation.

Important: Please check your existing roller before ordering.

This upgraded roller assembly is designed to replace the older brass bush style rollers. If your existing roller already has a ball bearing visible in the centre, this is not the correct replacement part for your dryer.
