Delivery / Pick Up and Returns

Pick Up:

All orders are available for pick up. Pick up orders can be collected warehouse at Unit 6, 21 Poland Road, Wairau Valley, Auckland at no extra charge.

You will receive a second email when your order is ready for pick up, this is usually within 24 hours for in stock items, or as soon as your item arrives for backorder items (often 3 - 7 days).

Nationwide New Zealand Shipping:

Shipping is available nationwide and internationally. We ship with NZ Post and New Zealand Couriers and our average delivery time for orders in stock is 1 - 5 days, and 2 - 10 days for orders that are available with supplier.

Special Order products, such as those on backorder, have varying ETAs. Please contact us if you want to check before ordering. Some parts (that come from Europe, America, or other overseas locations) can take a little while.

International Orders:

We offer shipping to international locations but not all countries and products are supported. Generally, if you are an international customer and you can select your country and address at checkout, it means we can ship that product to you. Please get in touch with us if you want further information.

Returns:

If your order has not been picked up or shipped yet, you can cancel your order for a FULL REFUND.

If you have already received a part and it is incorrect or you no longer need it, you must let us know within 14 days of receiving your part.

We do not accept returns on electrical products, but on all other parts can offer exchange / refund. The parts must not be used, damaged, or opened (on parts in packaging) and may be subject to restocking fees of up to 20% (depending on the part).

If you have received a faulty or damaged product, we will always offer a replacement or refund depending on availability at not cost to you.



They are easy to apply but before applying please ensure the oven surface is very clean and thoroughly dry.
Then simply peel off the sticker from its paper backing (you might need to bend the backing slightly to allow the sticker to be peeled away) and apply to the oven's surface.
Once in position, rub the sticker to remove any air bubbles. The sticker is transparent with black print which shows well on silver and light coloured backgrounds. Black print will not work with a black stove.

We Strongly recommend you to remove the part which is faulted and check it out and compare carefully with model number and photo and dimension above if you dont see your model number here or the part you have isnt similar to above photo or you are not sure , please send us your request by email toinfo@homeappliancesonline.co.nzwe will reply back to you asap with offering right part.
selecting wrong part and return is possible but there will be %20 restocking fee involve which supplier is charging us.
